How to offer accommodation?
If you have an accommodation available for rent and you want us to know it, you can:
- go to one of our offices
- download and fill in the dedicated PDF form at the end of this page, and send it to us via fax
- fill in the on-line form
In any of these cases, please remind what follows. If the information is not clear or complete, Sportello Casa's staff will directly contact the offerer to ask for more specific details. Your offer will be published only when all the information required will be provided in a satisfactory way.
If you want to update or change the offer once published, you can contact Sportello Casa's staff by calling it, sending an email, going to one of our offices, or following the online procedure, using the login information you received on registration.
If the accommodation is occupied, an approximate date will be established by which the place should be available again. Near that date, Sportello Casa's staff will contact the landlord to verify if he/her is willing to renew the availability of the accommodation.
Offers recommended by Sportello Casa
You can recognise them by the presence of Sportello Casa logo. This section includes: offers for which contract type and conditions have been clearly stated, and those with positive remarks from previous tenants.
Systems' compliance with safety standards
If you want students to view your offer and its details on www.sportellocasapiemonte.it, we introduced a new clause in the offer form with which the offerer must declare the compliance of the systems in the property with the safety standards provided by law 46/90.
Sportello Casa logo identifies those offers for which the compliance has been endorsed by the offerer. This clause must be accepted also in case you want to make your accommodation available to exchange students.
