As well as tenants' and landlords associations, Sportello Casa offers you a service of writing  tenancy agreements – whether the rent is agreed upon by the parties or by the national law – in compliance with the local agreements, and according to the needs of both the tenant and the landlord. In addition, Sportello Casa undertakes the registration of the agreement at the Italian Agency of Revenue.
