CEUR Foundation

Since 1990, the CEUR Foundation has been offering a wide range of housing solutions and supplementary programs for university studies with the aim of bringing out personalities, skills and professional vocations.

For over 20 years, CEUR has worked in synergy with Fondazione Falciola - founded in 1985, it has been a pioneer of social housing in Italy. In 2007 their partnership gave birth to the Camplus brand and in 2017 the Falciola Foundation was merged.

Currently the CEUR Foundation manages with Camplus brand, more than 6,500 beds in 11 Italian cities, in apartments, residences and guest houses of various types and management complexity in which living is favored to the maximum. In fact, the Foundation dedicates a great deal of attention to living comfort, the use of new technologies and energy efficiency.

The CEUR Foundation pursues social integration, encouraging meetings and mobility of people - Italian and foreign citizens - for study, work or cultural reasons. In particular, the Foundation aims to offer help to anyone who needs housing. In pursuing this objective, it is attentive to the enhancement of the existing territorial, environmental, historical and artistic context. All this collaborating with public and private bodies, the State, the Regions and the Municipalities.
